Allied Water Storage Terms and Conditions
- Water storage bladders are erected at the owner’s risk and once set up of the bladders have been completed it will be the responsibility of the owner / individual / company hiring the bladder to make sure that it is not damaged in anyway. If the bladder is damaged, you will be liable for fees incurred of the days in use as well as the repair or replacement fee of the bladder.
- All pools, ponds and tanks are emptied at the owner / individual / company hiring the bladder’s risk. Advice should be sought prior to doing so to prevent any possibility of structural failure. Allied Water Storage will not be held liable for any damage accrued.
- It will also be the responsibility of the owner / individual / company hiring the bladder to make sure that the designated area is suitable to handle the additional weight of the bladders. Should there be any damage to grass (artificial and real), paving, tiles, walls, foundation or decking during the storage process, Allied Water Storage will not take any responsibility for any restoration or replacement costs.
- Please always keep all kids and pets away and off the bladders for their own safety as well as to avoid any unnecessary injury or damage.
- Whilst every attempt will be made to store the water, we cannot guarantee this as conditions vary due to available space and ground level.
- Should any water be lost during storage, Allied Water Storage will not be held responsible for the replacement cost of filling the pool / pond / tank.
- The last bit of water in the pool can often not be pumped out and will not be the responsibility of Allied Water Storage to remove.
- Allied Water Storage reserves the right to refuse water storage if the area is not immediately suitable to setup on, I.e. If dog faeces haven’t been removed, stones / rubble / sticks haven’t been cleared. Or the area is deemed unsafe by the Allied Water Storage’s representative for the bladder to be setup.
- The bladders footprints are 2m X 3.8m (5 000L), 4m X 4m (10 000L), 8m X 4m (20 000L), 8m X 6m (50 000L), and need to be stored on level ground. Slight gradients are acceptable but must be brought to our attention prior to storage and can result in bladders not being filled to capacity.
- It is the responsibility of the owner / individual / company hiring the bladder to ensure the above two points are acknowledged and adhered to. Should we not be able to store your water due to the above being ignored we will charge you a R550 call out fee payable immediately.
- The full amount of the quotation needs to be paid before work will commence. If there was no site inspection done and the volume of water was calculated incorrectly one of the Allied Water Storage’s team members will be in contact to discuss the cost of the additional bladders, once the price has been agreed upon payment needs to be made at the customers earliest convenience. If the water needs to be stored for a longer period of time, you are required to give Allied Water Storage sufficient notice so that appropriate arrangements can be made, and the daily cost of the extension can be provided to the customer. Full payment needs to be settled before the bladders are removed from the premises.
- Should there be a default in payment, all legal fees and expenses incurred to recoup the outstanding monies will be at the cost of the owner / individual / company hiring the bladder.
- Our water bladders are booked on a first come first serve basis and payment in full will secure your hire.
